What tools was used to make Basic Framework?

Basic Framework was precompiled using SASS and Prepros. Build stunning and simple websites using Basic Framework.

Prepros can compile almost all preprocessing languages like Sass, Less, Stylus, Cssnext, Jade/Pug, Markdown, Slim, Coffeescript etc.
